Terms of Use

1. The service

Nova Soccer provides football scores, fixtures, standings, related sports information, and access to live football matches where available. Features may change, pause, or end without notice. Content availability depends on region, schedule, licensing, network conditions, and your subscription status.

2. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• reverse engineer the app (except where law allows);
• misuse the service;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• redistribute live football match content;
• use the app to infringe others’ rights; or
• use it for unlawful activity.

3. Premium subscriptions (Apple)

Some live football matches require a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing In-App Purchases through Apple:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via Manage Subscription in the app.
• Unused portions of a free trial (if any are offered later) are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app and set in App Store Connect; taxes may apply. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

4. Ads

If you are not Premium, the app may show ads (including Google AdMob). Premium removes ads.

5. Intellectual property & third-party content

The app, branding, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Football club names, logos, and match data belong to their respective owners and are used for informational/entertainment purposes. Live football match content may be provided by third parties; we do not claim ownership of those third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Scores, kick-off times, and live football match availability may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Premium via Apple in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Subscription cancellation is managed through Apple.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers in the EEA/UK retain mandatory local protections. Apple is not a party to these Terms but is a third-party beneficiary of provisions related to App Store distribution where applicable under Apple’s standard EULA framework.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date in the app.
