Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nova Soccer provides football scores, fixtures, tables, team information, and access to live football matches for personal entertainment. Developer contact: amirhossain.iosdev@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your real name, address, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or payment-card details inside the app.

Depending on how you use the app, the following categories of data may be processed:

• Device & diagnostics: device model, iOS version, app version, language, and basic crash or performance signals needed to keep the app working.
• Identifiers: a random device/support identifier stored on your device for support tickets; Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
• Network data: your IP address and standard request metadata are processed by our servers and third-party providers as part of ordinary internet traffic when loading scores, fixtures, live football matches, ads, or notifications.
• Support messages: if you contact support, we receive the content you send (and optional name/email you provide) so we can reply.
• Purchases: if you buy Premium, Apple processes payment. We only receive an entitlement status from StoreKit (for example, whether Premium is active), not your full payment details.
• Approximate advertising signals: when ads are shown, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers and interaction data according to your consent choices (including GDPR/UMP where required).

3. How we use information

We use this information to: display scores and fixtures; unlock Premium live football matches; show or suppress ads; send optional match alerts; provide customer support; improve reliability and security; and comply with law.

4. Third-party services

The app may communicate with:

• Sports / live-match data providers for fixtures and live football match availability.
• Apple App Store / StoreKit for subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform for ads and privacy messaging (when you are not Premium).
• OneSignal for optional push notifications (if enabled in remote configuration and permitted by you).

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Tracking & advertising

On iOS 14.5+, we request permission before tracking across apps/websites for personalized ads. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Premium subscribers use the app without ads. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, a certified consent message (UMP) may be shown before personalized ads.

6. Data retention

Support messages and related identifiers are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and operate the service. Purchase entitlement status is retained while needed to provide Premium. You may request deletion of support-related data by emailing amirhossain.iosdev@gmail.com.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it where required.

8. Your choices & rights

You may: decline tracking; disable notifications; manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings / Manage Subscription; restore purchases; and contact us to ask questions or request deletion of support data we hold. Depending on your region (for example GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data—email amirhossain.iosdev@gmail.com.

9. International processing

Our servers and providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or your consent.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
